Maple cream is one of my favorite ways to eat maple syrup. Spread on toast or pancakes or sweeten your tea or coffee, or on ice cream, for a few ideas. It has only one ingredient maple syrup, heated and stirred to the peanut butter texture. With Burbon added it just makes a great thing greater.
