Pastry for double crust pie

Filling:
8 cups tart apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup maple sugar
2 tbs flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbs butter ( cut in small pieces)
1/4 cup whipping cream

Over Crust:
1-2 tbs milk, 1 tbs maple sugar

Make pastry.
Mix filling in a large bowl. Put in bottom Crust-
dot with butter and pour cream over mixture. Add
top crust - brush with milk and sprinkle with
maple sugar.

Bake  at 375 for 65-75 min.
